We Have Changed Our Phone Payment Policy

In July, we upgraded our billing and invoicing system in order to better serve all customers. We collaborated with Bill.com to provide more payment flexibility through versatile payment options, such as ePayments, Auto-Drafted payments, and American Express. We are proud to announce that the transition went smoothly. We hope that any customers who have not taken advantage of our new online billing system will do so in the future. For those customers who have not yet transitioned to the new Bill.com system, we must inform you that, due to the higher processing fees associated with payments made over phone, all phone payments will incur an $2 service fee. We hope that you will take a few moments to setup your Bill.com account and avoid any service fees.

For security reasons, the migration to Bill.com did not carry over any login information from our previous billing provider. Therefore, all users will need to create a new username and password when they first attempt to use our online billing system.
